DESIGNERS Begun in 2002-2003, this new section of the Canadian Art Database focuses on the presentation of work by Canada's leading graphic designers. It is a growing project, with input from institutions and individuals (designers, researchers, students) from across the country. This new Design initiative received generous funding support from The Museum of Promotional Arts in Toronto, through a bequest from Frances E. M. Johnston, a Toronto librarian and enthusiast. There are currently 1,275 images of work by 37 designers available for viewing from the lists below.
