1945 - 2044 Timeline Books Authors Presses Resources Search home Presses Emblem Books (1954-1962) Toronto Jay Macpherson The first two titles from Emblem Books were intended strictly for private circulation and were modestly produced by mimeograph and assembled by the editor's own hand. The Livesay collection was brought on board by literary critic and future anthologist, Milton Wilson.
