Playdead Cult
Bean Dead, Stu Dead
A multi-media Dia De Los Muertos-inspired night fusing traditional culture and Mexican folklore and the
unique aesthetic of Playdead Cult. There will be live painting by Stu Dead (co-owner of Playdead Cult)
plus sculptural installations in & outside of the building.
Silk screen your own souvenirs of art T-shirts and posters, or have your face painted by professional
make-up artists. Try Dia De Los Muertos inspired snacks of sugar skulls & "pan de muerto" the
traditional bread of the dead.
Join costumed musicians playing hand-made instruments and giant puppets parading the alleyway towards
the Metal Arts Guild of Canada Installation "Nuit Metal" at Queen & ElmGrove, a night of
live metal sculpture creation!
